About The Anchor Meat Market

Wichita's neighborhood butcher shop, located next door to The Anchor in the Douglas Design District where Old Town meets Downtown. We carry Creekstone Farms Premium Black Angus Beef, Heritage Red Wattle Pork from Wendland Farms, Rare Hare Barn Rabbits, and Good Shepherd Poultry. We also have a nice selection of artisanal cheeses and La Quercia cured meats, along with locally sourced Heritage chicken eggs, house-made bacon and sausages, and a variety of locally sourced pantry goods. We have met some great Kansas farmers over the past few years and will continue to forge relationships that benefit our customers and the community at large.
